We have started our operation in the year 0f 2002, with the aim of manufacturing Textile machinery space, Precision CNC machine components & sub assemblies. We are located very close to NH4, At Peenya, Bangalore – Asia’s largest industrial area, and equipped with state-of-the-art CNC Manufacturing facilities, General Mechanical Components and fabrication.

Top Rollers Unique Design

The top rollers follow the worldwide standardized non-removable loose designs. They undergo unique manufacturing process using reputed imported anti-friction needle bearings. The special design ensures high load bearing capacity, dynamic stability and the end thrust load-care gives long life. Non-detaching loose bearing housing design coupled with precision engineering yields best drafting results. Smooth frictionless in-line center axis with concentric running design ensures increased productivity, high quality Uster % and CV throughout the top roller life.

Salient Features

The top roller are manufactured by using Nickel chrome contained special alloy steel. The unique processing of Top Rolleres in CNC Machines to ensure long life. It also ensure reduction in the heating and thus has low cost user friendly maintenance. Greasing frequency is reduced due to high end precision manufactured imported needle bearings and assembly system. The rollers undergo a special heat treatment on precision CNC machines to maintain constant hardness. (58-60HRC). The maximum eccentricity of roller is maintained within -+ 0.01mm by using precision grinding system. The facility has standard process controls and quality controls in place to ensure best performance and high quality.
